1015-1200 cloudy start, 22c: Marbled White 6, Small Skipper 3, Large Skipper 2, Small Heath 3, Ringlet 50+, M Brown 10, Common Blue 4, Speckled Wood, Small White. Latticed Heath 3, Burnet Companion 10+, Grass Pyralids dozens. Black-tailed Skimmer, Common Darter 2, Blue & Blue-tailed Damsels dozens, Red-eyed Damsel 2. Also a big hatch of small froglets. (RP)
Also Shoveler 3, Little & Great Grebes 4, L Egret, Lapwing 15, Swift 4, Sparrowhawk, Goldcrest, Cetti's, Willow & Reed Warblers in song, Whitethroat, Linnet 2, etc. Red Deer 3 young stags. (GR)
