1100 - 1200 sunny breaks but strong westerly wind, 11c : Little Egret, GC Grebe 4, Cormorant 8, Oystercatcher, Lapwing 13, Goosander 6, Wigeon 7, Teal 6, Herring Gull 4, Pied Wagtail 2, Reed Bunting, Chiffchaff 2 in song, Buzzard, Sparrowhawk. Also a Comma butterfly (photo).

At Linley Wood early afternoon were Nuthatch 2, Coal Tit 2, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Chaffinch 3, Goldfinch 6, Bullfinch, Long-tailed Tit 2, Wren, Blackbird 3m, etc.
