A Guillemot was found drifting on The Swag at 11:25 and slowly headed for the shoreline. As with most off-course seabirds it wasn't in the best of condition and looked as though it might perish at any moment. It was however still clinging on to life at 15:00 during a heavy downpour.
Update - the bird hung on till about 20:00 and then apparently expired.
Also of note was a Sparrowhawk, Common Sandpiper and a few Sand and House Martins.
